How long is the warranty period for Australia Broadband customers?

If you are a Australia Broadband customer and have an active nbn™ subscription with Australia Broadband, your Netcomm Wireless Modem will be covered by our (2) year extended warranty from the date of purchase.

With Australia Broadband, if your Netcomm Wireless modem has a major failure or we identify any modem related issues that is impacting your Australia Broadband internet service, we will replace your modem within the (2) year extended warranty period at no cost.

If a replacement is required, we will post out the replacement modem which will normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending where you live. We will send you an SMS or email with your tracking code so you can track your replacement order online. After you have received your replacement modem, we will post you a repaid paid satchel so you can return the defective modem within 14 days to us.

If you have received your replacement modem, but you do not return the defective modem to us, you may be charged a modem non-return fee of $100. 

I am no longer a Australia Broadband customer. How long is the warranty period?

If you are no longer a Australia Broadband customer, but purchased a Netcomm Wireless modem from us, your modem is covered by the standard one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase from Netcomm Wireless.
