1.1 Duration of the Promotion
From 01 January – 30 June 2019 inclusive (Promotion Period), customers who place a new order for any nbn™ plan (Eligible Plan) through the Australia Broadband website or over the phone (Eligible Customers) will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.2 of these special conditions.
1.2 Promotion Benefits
During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers will receive their first five month’s service for an Eligible Plan at a discounted rate as follows:
- $50 incl GST for the nbn™ Basic 12 speed plan (normal cost is currently $60 incl GST)
- $60 incl GST for the nbn™ Standard 25 speed plan (normal cost is currently $70 incl GST)
- $65 incl GST for the nbn™ Standard Plus 50 speed plan (normal cost is currently $75 incl GST)
- $85 incl GST for the nbn™ Premium 100 speed plan (normal cost is currently $95 incl GST)
After the Promotion Period, the Eligible Plan will be charged at the normal cost.
Any other product renewals, upgrades or vouchers within the Eligibility Period are excluded from the Promotion Benefits.
1.3 Terms and Conditions
a. All other conditions of the Australia Broadband Customer Terms, Fair Go Policy, Critical Information Summary and Australia Broadband other policies apply to the Customer’s agreement with Australia Broadband.
b. The Service is supplied for personal use only to residential customers.
c. Not to be used with any other offer.
d. Promotion subject to change without notice.
e. Limit of 1 x five months discount redemption per residential address.
f. Promotional price applies for five months from activation of the service.
g. Not redeemable for cash.
h. Device (e.g. modem), VoIP and all other costs excluded from the Promotion Benefits.
i. Non-standard installation fees or New Development fees are excluded from the promotion benefits (for example, NBN Co may charge an nbn™ New Development fee of $300 depending on your address. This fee is excluded from the Promotion Benefits and, if applicable, is payable by the Eligible Customer.).
