Australia Broadband has four simple ways of making a once-off payment.

Australia Broadband Online

Online: Login to Australia Broadband Online and head to ($) Billing and click on Pay all invoices to make a secure real-time credit or debit card payment using a Visa or Mastercard.

Australia Broadband won’t charge you any merchant or transactions fees for payments made through Australia Broadband Online. You can also update your payment details through Australia Broadband Online.  

Recommendation

We recommend you make once-off payments through  Australia Broadband Online. Payments through Australia Broadband Online are safe & secured with military grade security to protect your personal information and are reflective on your account in real-time.

Manual payment

BPAY: To make a payment via BPAY, the required biller code is 197954 (Ezidebit). You can find your BPAY reference number on your bill through Australia Broadband Online.

IVR: To pay via our automated payment IVR (powered by eWAY), call 1800 021 548 and enter Biller ID: 770461. Make sure you use your Australia Broadband account number as your reference number which is located on your bill or through Australia Broadband Online.

EFT: To make a payment via EFT to Australia Broadband Pty Ltd, use BSB: 033-126 and Account Number: 592006. You can also make a direct deposit through any Westpac branch. Make sure you use your Australia Broadband account number as your reference number which is located on your bill or through Australia Broadband Online.

BPAY, IVR & EFT Payments

Payments via BPAY, IVR or EFT make take up to 1-3 business days to be allocated to your account. Please make sure you use the correct reference number otherwise your payment may not be allocated to your account.
