Quick answer: Your Australia Broadband subscription is a prepaid service only available by direct debit using a credit or debit card. You’ll need to keep a working payment method (Visa or MasterCard) at all times. You’ll be charged on or around the 1st day of each month for that month’s subscription.

No Bill Shock Guaranteed

You will only be charged for your monthly subscription on the 1st of month (or shortly after). This is a fixed monthly amount limited to your monthly subscription, that way you know how much you will be debited on the 1st of each month.

Why have I received a bill statement?

You’ll receive a bill statement by email on or around 1st of each month. This bill statement if for your information and records. The issue date of your bill will be the last day of the previous month and as your Australia Broadband subscription is a prepaid service, the due date is the 1st of the month.

Post-Paid Customers

If you are a post-paid customer that joined Australia Broadband prior to 31 December 2017, you’ll be billed and debited on due date (or the next business day) as stated on your bill for that month’s service. If you don’t have a direct debit, you’ll need to make a Manual Payment.
