Quick answer: Most people pay their bill when it’s due, however when people don’t pay on time the cost for us to chase overdue bills is substantial. To help recover these costs a $15 late payment fee is applied if you have not paid your bill within 10 days of the payment date on your bill.

Avoid late payment fees

If your payment method fails and we don’t receive your payment (or we don’t hear from you) within 7 days of your payment date, your Australia Broadband service(s) will be suspended.

If we don’t receive payment within 10 days of your payment date, you’ll be charged a $15 late payment fee which will appear on your next month’s bill.
